Laas Residence

The ground floor consists of a single site which contains: A built-in sofa-bed with an old wardrobe, while the floor is paved with majestic, old, stone slabs.

A fully equipped bathroom with shower. All the space on the ground floor has an impressive stone roof with groin vaults, at a 5 m height .

 On a slightly elevated level there are: A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and 4 hobs, a microwave oven, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, toaster ...

 An atmospheric dining room with a table for 8 persons, a TV, fireplace and a second built-in sofa bed.

A wide stone staircase leads to the first level, its floor also paved with impressive, old, stone slabs, its roof covered by a visible wooden roof.

Here you will find : A bedroom with a double-built raised and recessed bed, a desk, a table-a-toilette and a fitted wardrobe. Here, is also the houses old fireplace. A fully equipped bathroom, with a separate shower.

A 2nd bedroom space with two single wooden beds (that can be joined into a double bed) in a separate construction made of a grid of thick wooden beams and trellisses.

A seating area with a traditional island sofa, armchairs, chests, a table, desk, TV.

A wooden staircase leads to a terrace, where you forget everything else discovering an outstanding panoramic view of the coast and the mainland part of the island, the sea and Turkey's coastline.

There are built-in benches, a table, outdoor chairs and a pergola with awning for shading, whilst you are also completely protected from prying eyes.The house has a wireless internet connection. All main areas of the house are air conditioned.
